Mission Statement: “The Hamblen County Substance Abuse Coalition brings people together to train and educate youth in the areas of alcohol, substance abuse and their prevention. We work with all ages and ethnicities focusing on making positive changes in the environment and in the attitudes of the citizens of Hamblen County and the Greater Morristown area to promote a drug and alcohol safe, responsible community.”
This project is funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
